5 Good PDF Tools for Teachers
In this post I share some of practical PDF tools to help you manage and organize your PDFs. You can use them to perform a wide range of actions including: creating and reading PDFs, filling and signing PDFs, combining multiple PDFs into a single file, filling and editing PDF forms, and many more.
1. Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat by far my favourite. I have been using it faithfully for many years and I just love it. I do have the premium option which is a little bit expensive compared to other PDF serices but it is all worth it. Adobe Acrobat provides you with a powerful suite of PDF tools to work with your PDF the way you want, anywhere any time. Besides creating and reading PDFs, you can also use Acrobat Reader to edit PDFs, scan and OCR services, , add and request e-Signatures, combine files, organize pages, add comments and notes, protect your PDFs and many more.
2. Kami
Kami is an excellent PDF and document annotating tool. It offers a wide variety of features that enable students and teachers to engage in interactive and collaborative learning experiences. Students can easily edit and annotate documents, PDFs, images, ebooks, worksheets and many more. They can draw, add various text sizes and colours, insert shapes and instantly save their edited work. Kami’s text to speech functionality makes it easy for students with reading comprehension problems to use the tool to enhance their reading skills.
